SARASONS is a specialist processor of high performance PTFE & PEEK products. Since 1978, we have maintained facility with full service machine shop to manufacture parts that offer exceptional performance for most challenging applications. Molded parts with sophisticated geometry & machined components with high requirements of tolerance are exclusively manufactured under expert supervision.
We offer a wide range of compounds with polymer matrix & fillers selected to radically improve its wear & creep resistance. These formulations have better heat stability & optimal friction properties. We offer a broad range of tribilogically advantageous materials for optimum results.
Precision Parts are manufactured using premium base resins with blends such as Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, Graphite, Bronze, Ceramic, Molybdenum Disulphide, Polyamide, PEEK®, PPS, Silica, Calcium Fluorides, Ekonol, Stainless Steel, Aluminum Alloy & special high strength polymers. Modified PTFE with combinations of Carbon, Glass, Bronze & Bronze Molly are used to improve equipment’s efficiency, provide superior sealing performance & extend life expectancy
